Saturday, April 22nd, 9:00 am, Celeste Friend for Mayor Campaign Keep Utica Beautiful volunteer day. 37 Emerson Ave, Utica.   For the third year in a row, Celeste’s campaign will be pitching in to help Keep Utica Beautiful, as part of the annual Earth Day Keep Mohawk Valley Beautiful campaign. Please join us for an easy and fun way to contribute to Utica's beauty.
