Thursday, September 11th, 4-5:30 pm, Weekly IMV Protest in Utica, Oneida Square, Utica. Thursday, Sept 11, will be the day we will start to rotate the Thursday Rallies to different locations in order to get more attention. The rally on Thursday the 11th will be at Oneida Square, at the round-about by the monument. There is parking in the old Dunkin Donuts lot, on side streets, and a block down State Street in the Munson lot.  It is the 24th anniversary of 9/11 so we will want to honor that day and our democracy!
