❌👑No Kings, GOTV & the Final Push to Election Day!
2 Days Until Early Voting Starts
12 Days Until Election Day
RALLIES SHOW OUR NUMBERS.
DOORS REACH VOTERS.
Hundreds of us turned out for No Kings–Vote Early! across the Mohawk Valley. (~380 in Rome, 200 in Utica, and 50 in Herkimer!) But rallies and protests don't replace the direct conversations that help get voters to the polls.
TOO MANY DOORS. NOT ENOUGH CANVASSERS.
Week after week, the same small group of dedicated volunteers has been doing the work. There are still too many voters to reach and not enough people knocking on doors.
If everyone assumes someone else will do the work, the work simply won't get done.
With less than 2 weeks until Election Day, we're asking everyone who can to take just one canvassing shift. No experience necessary.
Please don't leave this work to someone else!
THREE ACTIONS THAT MATTER RIGHT NOW!
#1: GET OUT THE VOTE (GOTV): OCTOBER 24–NOVEMBER 3)
Get Out the Vote (GOTV) is the final push to turn voter support into actual ballots cast. Instead of simply introducing candidates and discussing issues, canvassers focus on reaching likely voters, reminding them that voting is underway, answering practical questions, and helping them make a plan to vote.
Ready to Canvass? Here's Where to Go.

UTICA / NY22: View canvassing shifts and sign up
🏡 Prefer to Canvass Closer to Home?
For October 24–25, the Kirkland Democrats are offering a satellite pickup location in Clinton for volunteers who live closer to Clinton than Utica. Pick up your assigned turfs, slate cards, and candidate literature there, then head out to canvass in your chosen community—whether that's New Hartford, Kirkland, Deansboro, or another nearby area.
Contact Lybille Rocher at 857-346-4655 to arrange your location and shift.
Shift start times: 10 a.m., noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., and 6 p.m.
New to canvassing? Experienced volunteers can help you get started, and you don't have to go door to door alone.

📬Trouble With Your Mail Ballot?
The Oneida County Board of Elections has reported USPS delays affecting mail ballots, including ballots that haven't arrived weeks after being mailed.
Still waiting? Call the Board of Elections at 315-798-5765 to discuss a replacement ballot or voting in person.
Already have your ballot? You can return it in its signed return envelope at an early voting site or Election Day polling place.
If you requested a mail ballot but decide to vote in person, you'll generally need to cast an affidavit ballot instead of using a voting machine.
Have You Texted Your Friends About Voting?
Here's a simple way to encourage friends and family to make a voting plan.
Copy and send this message:
“I made a commitment to ask everyone I know to make a plan to vote. I plan on voting early. What’s your plan to vote?”
Keep going through your contacts, and don't forget your group chats!
